  • Founded in 1865, rich in history and tradition, the BAC is the oldest labor organization in North America. There are two training centers: Local 4 in Fairfield, NJ and Local 5 in Bordentown, NJ.

The BAC provides comprehensive training programs through the International Masonry Institute, allowing members to continually improve their skills throughout their careers.   • 12 week pre-apprenticeship program (480 hours) is provided free followed by a 4 year apprenticeship (144 hrs/year) related training and up to 5000 hours on the job training paid

  • Training centers are open 5 days a week to cross train and improve skills while not working – volunteer – field reps if see them
