Local 4 and its members met in the town of Totowa to aid the community with a failed retaining wall. The township’s Department of Public Works prepared the site by demoing the old wall so the BAC could get started on the build of a new one. The Local 4 apprentices installed a 12-inch block wall to hold back the earth as well as poured a sidewalk to prevent future erosion and water damage.
